Our arrangements are prepared immediately after an order is placed. To maintain freshness and quality, cancellations are only allowed within a short window. This policy helps us deliver the best possible experience to every customer.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 10 minutes only after order placement.

2. Prepared Orders

Once an item or bouquet has been arranged, cancellation is not allowed.

3. Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees apply to:

  • Custom bouquets

  • Large orders

  • Event packages

4. Events & Packages

Event bookings follow separate cancellation terms outlined in the event agreement.
