Because our products are freshly prepared and often customized, all purchases are final. In cases where something goes wrong, we focus on fast and fair replacements—so you still receive the quality and care you expect from Gold Camellia.

1. General Policy

All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Gold Camellia offers replacement only, subject to the conditions below.

2. Replacement Eligibility

Replacement may be provided if:

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Item was damaged upon delivery

  • Delivery was late

  • Quality issues were identified

3. Reporting Time

Issues must be reported immediately upon receiving the item.

4. Required Proof

To process a replacement request:

  • Photos are required

  • Video proof is required

  • Returned item may be requested

5. Replacement Processing

Approved replacements are processed within 1–2 days.
